Dongba belongs to the Fifth Ring Road in Beijing. Dongba Township is a township (district) under the jurisdiction of Chaoyang District, Beijing. It is located in the northeast of Chaoyang District, outside the East Fifth Ring Road, east longitude116 30 ′ 28 ″ ~ north latitude1/6 35 ′ 35 ″. It borders Jinzhan Township in the east and north, Fangping Township and Chang Ying Hui Township in the south, and Jiang Tai Township and Dongfeng Township in the west. The maximum distance between east and west is 9 kilometers, and the maximum distance between north and south is 6.4 kilometers, with a total area of 24.6 square kilometers. Dongba Town will be divided into two main functional areas, north and south, with the Bahe River as the boundary. Dongba North District covers an area of 6.2 square kilometers, which is a high-end business district integrating high-end business entertainment, headquarters business office, exhibition and international exchange services. According to the plan, half of Dongba high-end business district is pure business district, and the other half is supporting low-density and ecological high-end residential buildings. Dongba South District is an 8-square-kilometer residential area, and it will be its main function to accept the directional resettlement of residents developed by the first-class land such as Dawangjing.
