Is China Power Construction Pakistan Recruitment a Fraud?

There are many projects of CLP International in Pakistan, but most of them are done by branches of CLP International Group, not without external staff, but with few. Because CLP itself is not so short of people, welders and the like are actually locals, with a monthly salary of 2,000-3,000, and simple coolies are also locals with a monthly salary of 600. It is impossible to recruit people through an intermediary, but there are still so many people. The human resources department of CLP does not make a living, so it has to find an intermediary to recruit people. I just want to say that any intermediary is unlikely to receive such an external list of Chinese prefix enterprises. A factory run by a small private enterprise may entrust an intermediary at most. But not so much. Locals are so cheap, why should they spend four or five times the price to recruit foreigners?
