How to refine work experience?
In some people's eyes, less than two years in a company can be described as frequent job hopping. Of course, if you really choose to change jobs for some objective reasons, should those short-term work experiences be included in your resume? Work experience can reflect your value, but not because the more the quantity, the higher the value. The key is to look at quality. When you list all your work experiences on your resume, have you ever considered that they are really worth showing? First, look at the recruitment notice. Enterprises recruit technical positions, but you list all your previous sales experiences; What the enterprise needs is three years of personnel management experience, but you say you have three years of design experience ... even if you perform beautifully and have strong ability, it doesn't matter. Even if others really appreciate you, they can't accept you. Therefore, before filling in the work experience, you should first learn to read the job advertisement and master the information it conveys. The most important job advertisement is undoubtedly the job description and job requirements, so work experience should be "what do you like", and tell HR with your own relevant work experience that you are the person they are looking for. Second, the words are concise and accurate. Some people's work experiences are densely written, but when they look closely, they are all listed like a running account. Writing a resume is like writing an explanatory article. The key words should be obvious, so that HR can see them at a glance. When describing work experience, the words must be concise, not only for the work itself, but also for performance and results. For example, the position of project manager should basically state: company, position, reporting object, number of subordinates, responsibilities and performance. There are too many adjectives such as "outstanding contribution", "remarkable improvement in performance" and "effective plan", which are not objective facts and cannot make HR feel intuitively. You can highlight your achievements with titles, awards or numbers. Title means your position in the company and your responsibilities; Reward refers to the objective affirmation given by others; Numbers are the most quantitative, intuitive and powerful evidence. Third, be careful when writing the reasons for job hopping. Generally speaking, the reasons for job-hopping will be mentioned in the interview, but if you have to write it in your resume for some reason, please note that if you write it well, you can make the recruiter or employer feel a sense of identity with you. It's best to look at the problem in two ways, don't put all the responsibilities on yourself, and don't indiscriminately blame the original work unit or boss, such as low income, unfair distribution, complicated interpersonal relationship, too much work pressure at ordinary times, faulty boss, frequent leadership change and so on.
