2. Certificate of Safety Officer B

The person in charge of a construction enterprise project refers to the person in charge of construction project management authorized by the legal representative of the enterprise.

3. Certificate of Safety Officer C

Full-time safety production management personnel in construction enterprises refer to those engaged in safety production management in enterprises, including the person in charge of the enterprise safety production management organization and its staff and full-time safety production management personnel in the construction site.

"Three types" of personnel in the same unit (excluding legal persons) can concurrently hold two or more positions, such as the person in charge of the construction enterprise, the person in charge of the project, and the full-time safety production management personnel, and must obtain the safety production assessment certificate of another position before taking up their posts.
