I interviewed five people a day, and finally only two were left.

Off-topic: The following is my real experience. I haven't written so many words for a long time. It may be a bit messy, and I may disagree with you in some places. Welcome to discuss with you, but refuse to be rude and abusive. Thank you for your cooperation.

My company is a start-up company with less than 30 employees, and many positions do not match talents.

Because our new media has done a good job and gained a good reputation and influence on the internet, we have received many resumes one after another. Last year, we received more than 800 resumes on the company's WeChat platform, but only a handful of people actually recruited to enter the internship stage.

I have to say, we are really a little too perfectionist. It takes time and energy to cultivate a person. If you can't find a good partner, you'd rather lack than have more.

I told you a recent interview in a circle of friends. Interviewing five people a day, I feel a lot. If anyone is interested, I'll sort it out and share it. Information is basically for reading. After more than a week, I finally caught a free weekend afternoon. Now I will tell you about this interview.

The company's interview process is a telephone interview first. During the telephone interview, you didn't actually tell the other person that it was a telephone interview. You just chatted casually, mixed in a few questions you cared about and saw how the performance was on the spot. In order to judge.

You can't go to the company for an interview until you pass the telephone interview. Because our conditions are harsh, those who can basically enter the on-site interview are excellent.

On October 6th, 65438/KLOC-0, I interviewed five people in one day with HR of the company. Yesterday, the official confirmed that the two entered the internship period. Under normal circumstances, there won't be so many people waiting in line at the same time in one day, but I didn't expect such a coincidence.

The first classmate, let's call him Xiao Wu children's shoes for the time being. Xiao Wu's final result was that he was not hired.

I made an appointment for Xiao Wu's children's shoes on the morning of 6th 10. I asked her if she could get to the office half an hour earlier (that is, 9: 30) because I had to insert other children's shoes temporarily. She said yes, I arrived at 8 o'clock the next morning, earlier than before 1 more than an hour. Actually, it's good to arrive early at the appointed time, but it's a little early.

Summary of interview knowledge points: Appropriately arriving at the interview site in advance will leave a good impression on the interviewer, but to grasp this time, I personally think that it is no problem to arrive 10-30 minutes in advance, and it is ok to arrive on time, but it is too early to arrive more than an hour in advance. In case the recruitment manager of the company is absent or the company is carrying out some other activities, it is actually very inconvenient.

Then someone will ask, I estimate that the bad time is to arrive more than an hour or even longer in advance. At this time, I suggest that you get familiar with the environment around the company office first, and then contact the person in charge by phone or WeChat when the time is almost up to ask if it is convenient to enter the office. In short, don't let the interviewer know that you are so early before you meet him, so as not to be embarrassed. Of course, after entering the interview, you can naturally express yourself a few hours in advance. At this time, you can leave a good impression, because the interviewer will think that you are thinking of him and attach great importance to this interview.

Ok, back to the interview stage, Xiao Wu's children's shoes have a very good attitude and image towards this interview, so if I want to give her an impression, I can score 9 points (full marks are easy to be proud = =). Her problem is that the interview is too tense. Although we try our best to create a relaxed atmosphere, the air is still full of her nervous factors, so that it is a bit difficult to talk. Of course, I can't deny this person because I am nervous, but because I am too nervous, I give her psychological quality.

Our on-site interview is divided into two processes. One is HR personality and values, commonly known as "sense of smell". I am responsible for my professional skills and working ability. There is not much problem with the taste. The biggest problem lies in the specialty. First of all, the academic performance is very average. I would like to remind all my classmates and friends that your academic performance will really be used as a reference to judge your learning ability, so don't be too bad in your professional performance. I asked a lot of professional questions, but none of them could be answered, and all of them were ambiguous answers. She said she had many abilities. Let me give you a few examples, from the previous cases to show that her ability in this respect is good. She was still ambiguous about the example, and was basically sentenced to death at this time. Although this kind of children's shoes gave me a good impression in the previous stage, I had to give up because my professional ability was not up to standard.

The second children's shoe is a graduate student. It is decent and natural in all aspects, so we can talk about it in Kan Kan. All questions can be answered quickly and the quality of the interview is good, so the interview results are basically ok. The only thing that bothers me is that he brought someone for an interview. This person is his boyfriend. Of course, I have no objection to someone accompanying him during the interview and talking to HR about it. She also said it was normal.

But for this phenomenon, my personal opinion is that it is understandable that boyfriends or parents accompany the interviewer for safety reasons, but it will inevitably give people a feeling that this person is not independent enough, and at the same time show a little distrust of the company being interviewed. Therefore, it is best not to bring it or bring it, and not to let the person in charge of recruitment know.

PS。 There was a children's shoe before, and a person came to our company for an interview by train from the north. I admire him very much. From the bottom of my heart, I feel that this person has great wishes for our company.

Finally, the result is affirmative. We didn't deny this person because we brought family members for an interview. I asked this children's shoe to do the post skill test paper, and the test result is the most serious and correct answer we have received so far. It can be seen that she is very strong in professional ability and problem-solving ability, and she also noticed a detail. At noon the next day, she was given a limited time to hand in the papers, and the time displayed backstage was three o'clock in the morning, which showed that she could work hard for the goal. Because of our work, it may be inevitable to work overtime occasionally. We don't encourage employees to work late into the night, but it's not a good thing to have this spirit.

The third children's shoes, fresh graduates, are outstanding because of their excellent professional ability, and they have already had work experience related to this job during their college years, and they are also very willing to accept the company. She was nervous during the interview, too. I asked her if she had interviewed in other companies before coming to our company. She said that she felt brave to interview in two companies in order to perform better. This is an outspoken girl.

In addition, in order to test whether she really has some abilities, I will ask her to review some specific cases in the past to prove that she has described the past cases well and can handle them correctly when I delve into some details in detail, indicating that her cases are true and rewarding. Finally, I can talk to HR and finalize it on the spot. Of course, I didn't give her the results on the spot because I still didn't give her the post skills test paper.

Skip the fourth place here, because the problem is similar to the previous one, and the final result is nothing left. ...

Now let's talk about the shoes of the fifth child. There is something strange about the child's shoes. From the telephone interview, I vaguely feel that this person is like a "face bully" (interview experience is rich, most of them exaggerate their abilities to match the job they are applying for, leaving no trace). Because it was in another distant city, we had a video interview. The problem is to start with the video interview. Before the video interview, she kept asking me what I thought of her previous telephone interview. I am so eager to get the answer. I don't think this is a strong expression of will, but it is a sign of impatience.

During the whole video interview, no matter what questions you ask, you can answer them. You can talk about these questions in Kan Kan. Because the video interview was conducted at the same time as HR, I watched its performance and its speech logic during the HR interview and found a big loophole. Without a bystander like me, it is really easy to get away with it. For example, HR asked her what books she liked to read, and she said that she usually read a wide range of psychological books. Then followed by Balabala, there were no books, but it was reasonable. Listening, HR nodded a lot, and I realized that after all this talk, I didn't say which book was specific at all, nor did I say how I felt about this book. I immediately reflected that HR asked for details, and HR asked her what was the name of the recent book on general psychology? Can you recommend and evaluate this book and other similar questions that need detailed answers? Although she can still pull a bunch of things at this time, this behavior has made us agree that this person is not sincere enough.

Of course, in the end, we are all waiting for the result. The next day, the interviewer who entered the final stage was given a post comprehensive ability test. The time limit for this set of questions is 24 hours. As long as it is a little snack, it can be done with the help of the internet and my personal network resources. But in the end, the interviewer filled in several answers, such as forgetting the unknown answer. At this time, you can directly judge that this person does not need to give too many opportunities for consideration.

Well, this is my experience of interviewing five interviewers the day before. A little too much, a little messy. Finally, let's summarize three points for attention in the interview:

First, before the interview, you must match yourself with the suitability of the position you are applying for. If the matching degree is less than 60%, try not to try. Unless you have special skills, especially outstanding, or you feel that your learning ability and adaptability are very strong, the company will be willing to train you from scratch.

Second, formal interviews usually involve two aspects of judgment, one is personal values and the other is professional ability, both of which are indispensable, and neither personal values nor professional ability can be prepared in one night, so in normal times, one is to be a man, and the other is to strengthen the training of professional ability. When you really have the real thing, you will naturally feel confident in the interview.

Third, don't say "what would I do" in the interview, but say "what did I do before" to show my ability through my past behavior. Cases corresponding to their abilities can be prepared in advance, but they must be true and belong to them.

Sincere and frank.

A sincere heart is always easier to win trust than any skill.

Don't try to play any tricks, as long as the interviewer is a little professional, you will be easily seen through.

There are many things I want to write, such as what questions the interviewer must ask, what trap questions there are, and what coping skills there are. Given the space, I can only rewrite it later. If you are a new recruiter or looking for a job, please share your difficulties with me. Leave a message on my official WeChat account, and I will reply well. Meanwhile, I will prepare the next targeted article based on your feedback. Thank you.
