Matters related to the change of law enforcement subject authorized by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and administrative law enforcement matters shall be handled by the relevant departments of the Provincial Legislative Affairs Office in accordance with laws and procedures. From the date of handover, the undertaking departments in Guangzhou and Shenzhen are responsible for handling related matters; Provincial departments have accepted and continue to complete the processing. After the handover is completed, the relevant provincial departments should report the relevant information to the provincial office for the record within 10 working days. For the administrative licensing matters delegated or entrusted, the examination and approval results shall be submitted to the relevant departments of the provincial government for the record in a timely manner.
