What is the duty of a lithium smelter?

The work mainly includes: (1) operating rotary kiln, filter, evaporator, reaction kettle and auxiliary equipment, roasting, acidification, leaching and lithium precipitation of lithium-containing materials to prepare lithium carbonate; (2) operating the reaction kettle, evaporator, separator and auxiliary equipment to convert lithium carbonate into other lithium compounds; (3) operating a melting furnace, an electrolytic bath, a melting and casting furnace and a vacuum packaging machine to melt lithium salt, electrolyzing the lithium salt into crude lithium, and refining to obtain metallic lithium; (4) Maintain equipment, deal with equipment failures and fill in production records.
