However, Shenluda is still in the stage of counseling and filing in Fujian jurisdiction, and has not yet passed the acceptance of Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau. In recent years, the pace of enterprises entering the capital market in Nan 'an has gradually accelerated, and there has been an upsurge of restructuring and listing.

Following the successful listing of Zhongyu Sanitary Ware in Frankfurt, Germany on March 30th, 20 10, becoming the first listed company in Nan 'an, Tianguang Fire Protection, Minfa Aluminum and Quaker Paper were listed on domestic A shares or Frankfurt, Germany at the same time.

As the first China sanitary ware enterprise listed in Europe, Zhongyu Sanitary Ware entered a new stage of development soon after its listing, and formed a global strategic partnership with the top international sanitary ware brand German Gaoyi. "Listing in Europe has enabled Zhongyu Sanitary Ware to start the process of capital internationalization, talent internationalization, strategy internationalization and marketing internationalization. Among them, Wanlong Stone Industry, Shenluda, Zhuoyue Hongchang, Li Hao Electronics, Senyuan Wood Industry, Huang Hui Plumbing, Lake Petrochemical, Xishi Stone, Li Kang Stone, Jiumu Kitchen & Bathroom, Zhongtian Maternal and Infant and other enterprises 10 were identified as key listed reserve enterprises in Fujian Province in 20 12.

It is reported that since 2007, Nan 'an City has successively issued six policies to support enterprises' restructuring and listing, giving policy support to listed reserve enterprises from the aspects of financial support, preferential equity reform, tax contribution subsidies and credit inclination, and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of enterprises' equity trading and listing.

"Financial support alone is very impressive." Huang Congjun, director of the listing office of Nan 'an City, said that enterprises can get a reward of 500,000 yuan by hiring intermediaries with securities qualifications, restructuring them into joint-stock companies and handling industrial and commercial registration. After receiving the acceptance letter from the State Securities Regulatory Commission, listed materials can get a reward of 6.5438+0.5 million yuan, and after listing, they can get a reward of 6.5438+0.5 million yuan. In addition to the Nan 'an-level awards, the Quanzhou Municipal Government will also give extra awards ranging from several hundred thousand yuan.
