Can bulk cement be used for grouting reinforcement of drainage wells?

Bulk cement cannot be used for grouting reinforcement of drainage wells. Relevant public information shows that according to Article 21 of the Measures for the Administration of Bulk Cement, the production enterprises of ready-mixed concrete and ready-mixed mortar that do not use bulk cement or do not use bulk cement completely shall be ordered by the construction administrative department to make rectification.
