1. The Guannan County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will conduct a preliminary review of qualifications based on the information filled in by the applicants. 2. Applicants who pass the preliminary qualification review must pay the registration fee of 100 yuan online. Applicants from families who enjoy the national minimum living security must first pay for confirmation.
