(4) Interview

1. 2. The interview time for each candidate should not exceed 15 minutes.

3. On-the-job personnel entering the interview session must submit the certification materials (with official seal) that the department with the authority of employing people or the work unit where they work agree to apply for the exam.

4. Determine the objects of physical examination and investigation

1. Calculate the total score according to the written test score accounting for 4% and the interview score accounting for 6%, out of 1 points, and calculate to two decimal places, with the mantissa rounded off. If the total score is tied, they are all sorted according to the written test score, professional and technical titles, full-time education and the level of scientific and technological progress award. From high score to low score, the physical examination and investigation objects are determined according to the 1:1 recruitment quota. The physical examination is organized by the Quality Supervision Bureau of the Office.

2. The physical examination shall be carried out according to the physical examination standards for civil servants recruited by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Health and the National Civil Service Bureau. The inspection work is carried out with reference to the inspection standards for recruiting civil servants by the Central Organization Department, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Civil Service Bureau.
