I. Recruiting units and positions

(1) Employer
Recruitment units include universities, departments, universities, hospitals and scientific research institutions (including central ministries and commissions) directly under Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Hydropower, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the 52nd Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group. (2) Recruitment positions
Recruitment positions are classified by unit category in the recruitment plan catalogue, mainly professional and technical positions that need to hire high-level talents, high-skilled talents and urgently needed talents with special skills. * * * There are 2 16 full-time teachers, medical and scientific research positions, and it is planned to recruit 32 1 person. Second, the recruitment target and qualifications
(1) Recruitment Target
According to the post setting and employment needs of the recruiting unit, the recruitment targets are divided into three categories: social workers, fresh graduates or unlimited. The recruitment target should be China (Mainland) citizens, but the household registration is not limited.
Social personnel refer to those who have obtained complete academic qualifications (such as academic qualifications and degrees) at the time of registration. According to the needs of work performance, fresh graduates refer to domestic and foreign college graduates who are expected to graduate before the end of August 20 12 and obtain corresponding academic qualifications and degrees according to the academic system. The object is not limited, including the first two types of people.
(2) Apply for qualification
Applicants should not only meet the basic conditions stipulated in Article 9 of the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Zhejiang Province, but also meet the qualifications for recruitment positions. Specifically:
1, the age generally does not exceed the prescribed upper age limit. For example, if the upper limit is 35 years old, 20 12, and 1 year is registered on April 2,1year, all those born on or after April 2, 976 are eligible. For outstanding doctoral students or candidates with associate senior titles or above, if necessary, the recruiting unit can still relax appropriately.
2. At the same time, it must meet the requirements of "education/degree" and "professional title/professional qualification" specified in the recruitment plan catalogue.
3. Meet the requirements of "professional/disciplinary direction" and meet the needs of recruitment positions. Whether the applicant meets the requirements of the professional or disciplinary direction of the recruitment position is generally judged by the recruitment unit according to the applicant's academic certificate, professional title or professional qualification certificate, actual work position and scientific research papers, and the needs of the recruitment position.
4. Meet the "other conditions" requirements of the recruitment position. Clearly give priority to hiring people who meet certain conditions, and if they are qualified, the recruiting unit may refuse other people to apply for the exam.
5. Each item marked with "*" in the qualification conditions means that the content is an elastic condition, which is generally implemented in combination with the corresponding requirements in the "other conditions" of the post. An associate professor with a master's degree is deemed to meet the requirements if the "degree/degree" is "* doctoral student", and the title of * associate major and above is relaxed to master's degree.

At least two weeks after the announcement, the recruitment unit will organize examinations irregularly according to the number of people who meet the registration conditions until the implementation of the corresponding post recruitment plan is completed.
The recruitment implementation time ends at the next update cycle of the recruitment plan. This recruitment plan is tentatively scheduled to be updated in August 20 12.
(2) Recruitment procedures
Open recruitment procedures include publishing recruitment information, registration, qualification examination, examination, examination, physical examination, candidate publicity, employment and other links. According to the direct assessment method, no examination will be arranged.
(3) Information disclosure

IV. Registration and Qualification
(1) Registration
All applicants who meet the recruitment qualification conditions can apply for vacant recruitment positions by providing the necessary registration materials according to the registration method required by the recruitment unit within the work cycle of the recruitment agency from the date of publication of the recruitment announcement. Registration can be open to all units and positions that meet my qualifications.
1. Registration method. Applicants can register through the online registration system, e-mail and mail. 2. Application materials. In addition to online registration, applicants can generally only provide the registration form (see Annex 2 for the style). For outstanding doctoral students, personnel with full or senior professional and technical qualifications, or personnel with sub-senior professional and technical qualifications and master's degrees, if the recruiting unit finds that their positions cannot form competition through research, it can decide whether to hire them through direct examination instead of arranging examinations.
3. Get the application qualification. If the recruiting unit decides to organize examinations and assessments for specific positions, it will conduct qualification examination for qualified candidates. The recruiting unit will inform the relevant personnel of the specific arrangement of the examination and assessment work by telephone, e-mail and SMS in time.

(2) Evaluation
The assessment takes the form of personal file access, visits to relevant units, democratic evaluation, individual talks and democratic research on the leading bodies of the units, and makes a comprehensive investigation on the law-abiding situation, ideological morality and ability and quality of the shortlisted candidates. The assessment conclusion serves as the basis for the recruitment unit to study and decide whether to hire or not.
Some recruiting units require fresh graduates to have short-term internships in the employing department, and the candidates will cooperate with them, and the internship situation will be included in the assessment work.
(3) Physical examination
In principle, the physical examination of teachers' posts and other posts shall be carried out with reference to the Physical Examination Standards and Operating Procedures for Teacher Qualification Recognition in Zhejiang Province and the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). The physical examination of all the finalists does not involve hepatitis B testing items. (4) Publicizing the persons to be employed
The recruitment unit shall determine the candidates according to the examination, assessment and physical examination, and the list shall be publicized on the designated website for not less than 7 days.
