What is the job responsibility of Fermentation Engineering Pharmacist?

(1) using batching tanks or other containers, delivery pumps and other equipment or utensils to prepare the culture medium needed by the process;

(2) Sterilize the culture medium, compressed air or other materials, equipment, utensils, etc. by using a sterilizer or a sterilizer;

(3) adopting microbial methods to cultivate and prepare production strains at all levels, rejuvenating and breeding high-quality and high-yield production strains;

(4) operating fermentation equipment, control instruments and meters, and properly adjusting fermentation process conditions according to fermentation metabolic indexes to complete the fermentation process;

(5) adding tool enzyme and intermediate, controlling technological conditions, and completing the enzymatic hydrolysis and transformation procedures of antibiotics;

(6) solid-liquid separation of fermentation broth or leaching liquor is carried out by using solid-liquid separation equipment;

(7) extraction and purification of effective medicinal components by using solvents and exchange resins;

(8) refining drugs by sterilization, filtration, crystallization and drying;

(9) Use a weighing instrument to package the raw materials in a specified amount in a special container;
