Regulations on the Administration of Motor Vehicle Driver Training

Article 21 The national unified examination for the qualification of motor vehicle driving training coaches shall be organized and implemented by the provincial road transport management institution in accordance with the examination syllabus, examination question bank, assessment standards, examination work norms and procedures formulated by the Ministry of Communications. Specific assessment methods shall be formulated separately.

Twenty-second provincial road transport management institutions shall issue a "coach card" to those who have passed the examination.

"Coach Card" is uniformly printed and numbered by the provincial road transport management institution. Coach certificate is valid for 6 years. Motor vehicle driving training coaches shall go through the replacement procedures at the original issuing authority 30 days before the expiration of the Coach Certificate.

Twenty-third coaches are encouraged to have both theoretical coaches and driving operation coaches.
