At present, water transfer printing technology is called more environmentally friendly technology, and it is also a new and efficient printing production mode. It may be related to its separation from ink in the printing process; There are two kinds of water transfer printing technology: one is watermark extension technology, the other is water brush extension technology; The former mainly completes the transfer of figures and portrait patterns, while the latter tends to complete the transfer on the whole product surface. Extension technology is to use a water-soluble film to carry pictures and texts. Because the water brush film has excellent tension, it is easy to wrap on the product surface to form a graphic layer, and the product surface gets a completely different appearance, just like painting. By changing the pattern formation on the film, the decoration of the product becomes dazzling.

Water transfer printing can be simply divided into the following steps:

1. Make water immersion transfer film. Printing pictures and texts needed by customers on water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film with gravure press.

2. Activation: the cut water transfer film is laid flat on the clear water surface of the coating equipment, and the prepared activator is evenly sprayed on the surface of the water transfer film, so that the pictures and texts on the film are in a free state.

3. The product to be transferred will gradually approach the film along the surface of the product, and the film will be evenly wound on the surface of the product under the pressure of water to form a transfer layer.

4. After washing, the residual film and free impurities on the product surface need to be removed in the washing equipment to keep the product surface clean and smooth.

5. dry. Put the cleaned product into drying equipment or drying box for drying, so as to eliminate the moisture on the product surface.

6. Spray the dried product, and spray PU varnish in the spraying equipment to enhance the gloss of the product and protect the integrity of the picture and text.

7. Drying. The sprayed products should be put back on the drying equipment for drying to ensure that the varnish is completely dry and forms good adhesion with the products.

8. Packaged finished products need a separate package to be delivered to customers for acceptance.
