The blue channel project is a plan for graduates of the 20th10 class, which will be placed in a real business and industrial environment to prepare for the leadership of enterprises and society.

This is a campus recruitment plan to support IBM's goal of attracting, recruiting and retaining talents. As a major part of the annual campus recruitment plan, Blue Path internship plan will provide internship and employment opportunities, consultation, training and professional/technical development. Students will also gain competitive experience, such as IBM recognition, and successfully complete our Landau internship program. Students who maintain good academic performance and positive work performance cooperate with IBM, and we will seek to turn them into regular employees after graduation in combination with the campus recruitment plan.

If we have enough high-performance interns, we won't conduct campus recruitment at the end of this year.
