When can Tongling Runze Phase III be delivered?

Tongling Runze Phase III is expected to be delivered in 2023. According to relevant information, the resettlement housing project of Runze Garden is located on the east side of Tongdu Avenue and the south side of Cuihu 1st Road, which is next to the West Lake overpass, with a total construction area of about 580,000 square meters. It is divided into four plots and can accommodate 4,528 relocated households.
