1. Beijing University of Chinese Medicine

Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, referred to as "Beijing Medical University" for short, is a national key university featuring Chinese medicine directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Co-founded by the Ministry of Education, the National Health and Wellness Commission, state administration of traditional chinese medicine and Beijing, it is the key construction institution of the national "21/Project" and "985 Engineering Advantage Discipline Innovation Platform", the first batch of "double-first-class" world-class discipline construction universities in China, and the founding member of the world-class Chinese medicine university construction alliance.

It has been selected into "11/plan", "National Postgraduate High-level University Construction Project", "Demonstration Base for Studying in China by the Ministry of Education", "International Promotion Base of Chinese Medicine Culture in China (Beijing)", "National Innovative Experiment Plan for College Students" and "Scholarship Receiving Institution of China Government for Overseas Students in China".

2. Tianjin Medical University

Tianjin Medical University, referred to as "TMU" for short, is a university approved by the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, the National Health and Wellness Commission and the Ministry of Education.

It is a national key construction institution under "2 1 1 Project", a "double-first-class" world-class discipline construction institution, a national graduate program institution of a high-level university, a demonstration base for studying in China established by the Ministry of Education, a scholarship institution for international students from China Government and a pilot institution for excellent doctoral education and training program.

Tianjin Medical College, the predecessor of Tianjin Medical University, was founded in 195 1. From June 65438 to June 0984, Tianjin Second Medical College was established on the basis of Tianjin Medical College. 1993 Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government decided to merge Tianjin Medical College and Tianjin Second Medical College to form Tianjin Medical University, which was approved by the State Education Commission in June of the same year.

1996, the school entered the national "2 1 1 project" key construction universities. From 2065438 to September 2007, the school was selected as one of the first national "double first-class" world-class discipline construction universities.

3. Naval Medical University

The PLA Naval Medical University, referred to as the Second Military Medical University for short, is one of the key construction institutions of the national "2 1 1 Project", the military "2 1 10 Project" and the former General Logistics Department "530 Project". It is the first batch of national "double first-class" world-class discipline construction colleges and universities, and the focus of military postgraduate training.

It is the first batch of doctoral and master's degree awarding units in China and the first batch of universities offering eight-year medical education. It was selected into the "Excellent Doctoral Education and Training Program" of the Ministry of Education, the national postgraduate program for building high-level universities, the national life science and technology talent training base, and the foreign military medical student training base.

Affiliated hospitals in Shanghai include Shanghai Changhai Hospital, Shanghai Changzheng Hospital, Dongfang Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital and Gong Li Hospital in Pudong New Area.

4. Air Force Medical University

The People's Liberation Army Air Force Medical University (Fourth Military Medical University), referred to as "Air Force Medical University" and "Fourth Military Medical University", is located in Xi 'an, the ancient capital.

It is a key comprehensive medical university directly under the Air Force of the People's Liberation Army of China, a key construction institution of the national "2 1 1 Project" and the military's "2 1 10 Project", a pilot institution of "Excellent Physician Education and Training Program", a world-class discipline construction institution, and the cradle for the military to train senior and intermediate medical talents.

5. Southern Medical University

Southern Medical University, formerly known as the First Military Medical University of Chinese People's Liberation Army, was founded in 195 1, 1979 and was designated as a national key university. In August 2004, it was transferred to Guangdong Province as a whole and renamed Southern Medical University.

The only medical college among key universities in Guangdong Province, the first batch in China, and the only "ministry province" in Guangdong Province (Ministry of Education, National Health and Wellness Commission, Guangdong Province), is one of the first eight universities in China to offer eight-year undergraduate, postgraduate and postgraduate courses in clinical medicine.
