In the early years of the Tang Dynasty, it belonged to South Suzhou, the capital of Anton, Hebei. In the Bohai Kingdom of the Tang Dynasty, Dongfeng County belongs to Changling Prefecture, and Dongliao County belongs to Fuyu Prefecture.
