Four. Recruitment procedure

(1) Qualification examination

According to the recruitment conditions, our college will examine the qualifications of candidates, determine the list that meets the post conditions and inform them to take the written test, interview (or operation test).

Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment. The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. Anyone who provides false information or forges relevant materials will be disqualified immediately upon discovery.

Those who have gone through the recruitment procedures cancel their employment, and all the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by me.

(2) Written examination and interview

The written test is closed, with a full score of 100 and a qualified score of 60.

The scope of written test includes knowledge related to employment or English and operation test.

Interviewers are determined according to the ratio of 1:3 from high to low in written test scores. If the position fails to reach 1:3, the interview shall be conducted according to the actual number of people whose scores are not lower than the qualified line.

The specific time and place of written test and interview will be notified separately.

According to the weight of written test score accounting for 30% and interview score accounting for 70%, it is included in the comprehensive score.

According to the ratio of 1: 1, notify all recruitment positions to participate in physical examination according to the ranking order of comprehensive scores.

If there are vacancies in each recruitment position, they will be postponed in turn according to their comprehensive scores before publicity.

(3) Physical examination, psychological test and publicity

Physical examination and psychological investigation are organized by the human resources department.

Those who pass the examination, physical examination and psychological test will be publicized on the recruitment website of the unit for seven working days after being approved by the dean's office.

Once the publicity begins, if the recruitment position is vacant again, it will not be postponed.

If there is no objection to the publicity, the entry formalities shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
