What are the requirements for taking the Thai volunteer exam?

According to the Ministry of Education’s “Implementation Measures for the “International Chinese Teacher Chinese Volunteer Program”, Hanban launched the 2008 Chinese teacher volunteer project in Thailand. Entrusted by Hanban, our school is responsible for selecting and dispatching 40 Chinese teacher volunteers, who will be sent to Thai schools to engage in Chinese teaching work before May 20, 2008, for a one-year term. The registration application and other relevant matters are now notified as follows:

1. Selection criteria for Chinese teacher volunteers

1. Have Chinese nationality and be between 22 and 62 years old;

2. Have dedication and volunteer to teach Chinese abroad;

3. Have good conduct, good physical and mental health, and have no criminal record;

4. Have the ability to speak Chinese as a foreign language, Bachelor degree or above and bachelor degree or above in Chinese, history, philosophy, education, foreign languages, political science, psychology, law, sociology and other related majors, Mandarin Chinese is Level 2A or above;

5 , Applicants with more than one year of teaching experience or expertise in dance, music, painting, martial arts, handicrafts, computer skills, etc. are preferred;

6. Can communicate in college English (level 4 or above or equivalent) or Thai Communication skills.

2. Relevant materials that Chinese teachers should fill in and submit

1. Application form for Chinese teacher volunteers in Thailand (Chinese) (see attachment 1, which can be downloaded and copied for use)

2. A copy of the degree certificate in Chinese and English

3. A copy of the graduation certificate in Chinese and English

4. A copy of the Putonghua certificate

5. Copy of ID card

6. Copy of university transcript

7. Proof of work, expertise or internship (if any, indicate starting date)

8. Copy of passport (if any)

9. Copy of marriage certificate (if married)

10. Special note: I am responsible for retaining all original documents. For future inspection during registration, interview, and notarization; only a copy is required when registering; items 1-6 of the application materials are required materials, please bind them in order; items 7-9 can only be provided by those who meet the corresponding circumstances; the materials are provided by The head teacher of the volunteer training class collected all the information and compiled it for reporting.

3. Treatment of Chinese teacher volunteers abroad

According to the agreement between Hanban and the Thai Ministry of Education, Thailand provides volunteers with a monthly living allowance of US$200 per person, accommodation and medical care. Insurance; Hanban provides volunteers with a monthly living allowance of US$600 per person, international travel expenses, personal accident insurance and dispatch-related expenses.

After the volunteer teachers returned to China, Hanban issued the "International Chinese Teacher Chinese Volunteer Certificate of Honor" to them, and the work arrangements were resolved by themselves.

4. Formal registration

1. Graduate students in the international promotion of Chinese language will participate in the teaching internship of Chinese teacher volunteers as a prescribed subject as planned; it is recommended that graduate students in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language serve as teaching internships Participate in this expatriate activity; graduate students and undergraduate graduates in other directions sign up on a voluntary basis. Official registration starts from now on, April 22 The formal registration materials were handed over to teacher Cao Ling, the head teacher of the volunteer training class a few days ago. After summarizing, submit to Jinan University Chinese International Promotion Center, and Hanban will organize interviews and psychological tests. After the training, a final exam will be organized, and the exam will be unified by Hanban. For those who pass the test, Hanban will issue the "Certificate of Completion of Chinese Volunteer Training for International Chinese Teachers" and determine the candidates accordingly.

The selected volunteers will sign the "International Chinese Teacher Chinese Volunteer Teaching Agreement" with Hanban.

V. Notes

1. The 2008 volunteer project mainly recruits and selects personnel from within our school. Hanban and Jinan University are not responsible for the return of Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand. Later work arrangement issues.

2. Since volunteer teachers must hold university diplomas and degree certificates, fresh graduates of relevant undergraduate majors from the School of Chinese Language and Literature of our school must be able to complete all credits before mid-May and meet the conditions for early graduation. Registration is required, otherwise it will not be accepted.

3. Application materials will not be returned, and late applications will not be accepted.
