How many airports are there in Chongqing?

There are four airports in the city: Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, Chongqing Wanzhou Wuqiao Airport, Liangping Airport and Chongqing Qianjiang Wulingshan Airport.

1 Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, located in Lianglu Street, Yubei District, Chongqing, is one of the eight hub airports in China. It was officially opened to traffic on June 22nd, 1990, and 232 domestic and international air routes have been opened. Passenger throughput in 20 16 years ranks ninth among domestic airports.

2. Chongqing Wanzhou Wuqiao Airport. Wuqiao Airport in Wanzhou, Chongqing, located in Wanzhou District, Chongqing, started construction in September 2000 and officially took off and landed in June 5438+1October 65438+1October 065438+1October 2005. The airport is the first airport in the Three Gorges reservoir area, which brings certain convenience to the Three Gorges tourism.

4. Chongqing Qianjiang Wulingshan Airport. Chongqing Qianjiang Wuling Mountain Airport (formerly Chongqing Qianjiang Baizhou Airport) is located in Baizhou Street, Qianjiang, Chongqing. The airport serves Wuling Mountain, Youyang, Pengshui, Xiushan, Yanhe, Xianfeng, Laifeng and Longshan in Qianjiang. At present, domestic routes such as North, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Kunming have been opened.
