Xingtai College is good. Xingtai College is a full-time general undergraduate college built by the province and city and mainly based on the city. The school was formerly known as the Zhili Fourth Junior Normal School. It was founded in 1910 (the second year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty) and has a history of 109 years. It is one of the four earliest normal schools established in Hebei Province. Part of the old site from the early days of its establishment is still retained on campus. The old site has witnessed the century-old development of Chinese normal education.

In March 1996, Xingtai Normal College, Xingtai Education College, and Xingtai Economic and Management Cadre School merged to form Xingtai Normal College. In March 2002, it was upgraded to Xingtai College with the approval of the Ministry of Education.

The school has 20 secondary colleges (departments) and 52 undergraduate majors, covering literature, history, science, engineering, economics, management, Nine disciplines include law, education and art. It has two major education systems with teacher education and applied talent training as the main body, including 15 undergraduate majors in teacher education and 37 applied undergraduate majors.
