The allocation standard of the house is as follows:

1. Property service houses in residential areas shall not be set underground, but shall be above-ground non-residential houses, which are generally relatively concentrated in the central area of residential areas or near the entrances and exits of residential areas. Set in a residential building, there should be an independent channel.

2. For the property without elevator, the floor of the property service room shall not be higher than three floors. For the property with elevator, the floor of the property service room shall not be higher than six floors.

3. Elevator shafts, pipe shafts, stairwells, garbage rooms (roads), power distribution rooms, monitoring rooms, fire rooms, equipment rooms, public hallways, aisles, basements, garages (sheds), civil air defense works and houses with an indoor floor height of less than 2.2 meters are not included in the property service rooms.
