TYT stands for "ultra-hard round copper wire"

Round copper wire can be divided into three types according to its hardness: soft round copper wire (TR), hard round copper wire (TY) and superhard round copper wire (TYT).

Soft round copper wire and hard round copper wire are mainly used as conductive cores of various insulated wires, cables and winding wires.

Ultra-hard round copper wire is mainly used as overhead communication and power overhead conductor under special circumstances.
