Kunshan National Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Zone is a famous agricultural tourism scenic spot in Suzhou.

Kunshan National Agricultural Comprehensive Development Modernization Demonstration Zone is located in the west of Qiandeng Town. It was established in August of 1999 with a planned area of 17 square kilometers. It was rated as "National Advanced Collective of Agricultural Science Popularization" by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the first batch of "China Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Sites" by the National Tourism Administration, and the first batch of "Spark School for Farmers' Science and Technology Training" was founded. 39 domestic and foreign-funded projects have been settled, with contractual utilization of foreign capital of 965.438 billion US dollars and domestic capital of 275 million RMB. There are high-tech, large-scale enterprises such as Xinhualian Biotechnology, Yu Yongfeng Biotechnology, Big Green Seedlings and Stereo Horticulture. Its development goal is to build "two parks and two districts", namely, modern agricultural science and technology park, high-efficiency agricultural demonstration zone, sightseeing agricultural ecological park and leisure tourism resort. At present, there are Datang Ecological Park, Yu Yongfeng Biotechnology Farm, Xinhua Orchid Plantation, Chinese sturgeon breeding base, large-scale green species, seedling factory and greenhouse sightseeing area, Dakang dairy farm, fruit cultivation garden, Daqian facility vineyard, Jinyutang edible fungi plantation and other tourist attractions.
