The introduction object is the 2022 undergraduate graduates of full-time education in "first-class universities and first-class discipline universities" in the province, which must meet the following conditions:

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

(2) Abiding by the Constitution and laws;

(3) Having good conduct;

(4) Professional requirements required for the post;

(5) Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

(6) Other conditions required for the post (see Annex 1: List of Reserve Talents of Institutions in Xuanzhou District in 2022 for details).

"Under 30 years old" in the open recruitment position table is "199 1 1 month (inclusive)" (others involve age calculation and so on).

Personnel under any of the following circumstances shall not be introduced:

(a) personnel who do not meet the requirements of the introduction post;

(two) the personnel who have been identified by the human resources and social security department of the government as violating the examination discipline and are in the period of suspension;

3. Registration method:

(4) Qualification examination

According to the order of candidates' written test scores from high to low, and according to the number of recruitment positions, the number of people taking professional tests in each position is determined according to the ratio of 3: 1. If more than one candidate has the same written test results, the last candidate will be determined as the candidate who takes the professional test. Less than or equal to the number of jobs planned to be introduced, directly identified as professional test candidates. The qualification materials include:

2. The professional test adopts a structured interview, which mainly examines the comprehensive quality of candidates.

3. Examiner composition: The examiner group is generally not less than 7 people, of which the number of examiners outside the district accounts for more than half of the examiner group. When calculating the score, one score and one minimum score are removed, and the other examiners are divided into professional test scores of candidates. The scores of professional examinations are scored with a percentage system, and the scores are rounded to two decimal places.

4. When the actual number of participants in the professional test of a post is less than or equal to the number of people who plan to introduce the post, the candidates' professional test scores must reach 70 points or the average score of the actual professional testers in the examination room before they can enter the medical examination and inspection.

(6) Synthesis of results

1. The final test scores of candidates will be published on the website of Xuanzhou District People's Government after being determined according to the written test scores of the unified examination and the professional test scores.

2. The final test score is determined by the combination of 50% of the written test score of the unified examination and 50% of the professional test score. When synthesizing the score, it should be kept to two decimal places, and the third decimal place should be rounded off.

3. According to the number of recruitment plans and candidates' final test scores, from high score to low score, the physical examination and investigation objects are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. If the final scores are the same, those with higher scores in professional tests and comprehensive knowledge are preferred. (7) Physical examination and investigation

(9) Examination and approval

If there is no objection after publicity or the publicity results do not affect the introduction, the District People's Social Security Bureau shall go through the examination and approval procedures in accordance with relevant procedures and requirements. (10) Signing a labor contract

Full-time fresh graduates in 2022 should provide the corresponding original academic qualifications and degree certificates before September 30, 2022 at the latest. After examination and approval, the imported personnel signed labor contracts with Xuancheng Chengbei Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xuancheng High-tech Investment Group) and sent them to training enterprises for 3 years. After two years of training in the enterprise, I apply, and those who pass the examination can work in our district institutions in advance and go through the registration procedures, but they will no longer continue to enjoy the various policy treatments during the training period. (V) Xuancheng Chengbei Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. signed a dispatch agreement with the training enterprise to protect the labor rights and interests of the reserved talent enterprise during the training period. Pay labor remuneration in full and on time and purchase social insurance in accordance with the Labor Contract Law.
