According to the guidance of "Notice on Several Measures to Further Promote Full Employment and Enhance Market Vitality" issued by the General Office of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Education Department of the Autonomous Region and the Guangxi Communist Youth League Committee jointly issued the work plan of "Employment Plan for College Graduates in Guangxi", which coordinated the implementation of six key service actions, made every effort to ensure the overall stability of the employment situation of college graduates, and gathered talents for building a new era in Socialism with Chinese characteristics.

The plan proposes to carry out special implementation actions for college graduates' policy services. We will fully implement policies and measures to stay in Guangxi at the autonomous region level and local level, encourage local governments to introduce policies to support college graduates' entrepreneurship and employment according to local conditions, and form a list of policies, services and institutions and publish them publicly. Focusing on the industrial upgrading, scientific and technological development and job requirements of enterprises and institutions in Guangxi, we will introduce high-level talents and urgently needed talents for outstanding college graduates.

Carry out the policy propaganda action of "Building a Dream of Guangxi and Having You in the Future".

Hold a roving publicity campaign of "Human Resources and Social Security Department (Bureau) Entering Campus", interpret local employment and entrepreneurship policies and policies of recruiting talents and attracting talents, publicize the "Guangxi Youth Love Guangxi" employment promotion "1+ 10" assistance plan, and strengthen college graduates' understanding of Guangxi's economic development trend and employment and entrepreneurship environment.

Carry out job push actions for key high-quality enterprises and institutions.

The recruitment of college graduates will be carried out continuously throughout the region, providing no less than 800,000 jobs for college graduates throughout the year.

Carry out grass-roots employment promotion actions for college graduates in Guangxi.

We will stabilize the post scale of grass-roots service projects such as the special post plan for school teachers, the "three supports and one support" plan, and the college students' volunteer service plan for the western region in the rural compulsory education stage, and continue to promote the village-level assistant rural revitalization special plan and the college students' community practice plan. For college graduates who are employed in grass-roots units below the county level, tuition compensation, national student loan compensation, high salary and other policy support are given according to regulations.

Carry out actions to improve the quality of youth employment practice in Guangxi.

We will further promote the "Million Employment Apprenticeship Recruitment Plan", "Sailing Plan" and the "Employment Pilot Plan" for college students, and actively develop employment apprenticeships and internships. We will improve the implementation of employment internship policies, strengthen guidance services for internship units, build a docking platform for internship supply and demand, and organize and recommend a number of employment internship bases for college graduates to participate in the creation of national-level employment internship demonstration units for college graduates.

Carry out demonstration and promotion of youth entrepreneurship in Guangxi.

Organize and carry out the 9th Guangxi Entrepreneurship Competition, China International "internet plus" College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Guangxi Division Selection Competition, Guangxi Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, and "Challenge Cup" Guangxi College Student Entrepreneurship Plan Competition, etc. By selecting trees, we will vigorously cultivate entrepreneurial innovation models and promote a number of high-quality entrepreneurial innovation projects to land. Give full play to the advantages of entrepreneurial platforms such as business incubation bases, and give priority to providing one-stop services such as policy agency, achievement transformation, follow-up support and consulting services for college graduates. Implement the college students' entrepreneurship assistance program to enhance the entrepreneurial awareness and ability of young people such as college graduates.
