In iron and steel enterprises, there is not much difference between master students and undergraduates, and the treatment of enterprises is generally divided according to professional titles. Undergraduate students are usually assistant technicians or technicians after they arrive at the enterprise, and master students are generally technicians after they arrive at the enterprise, but they are also delayed for two years during their graduate studies.
