At present, there are about 80,000 brokers in the whole securities industry, and only one third of them have passed the relevant examinations. Orient securities plans to start large-scale recruitment of professional securities talents in Beijing from now on, and it is expected that the number will reach 8 million to 1000 by the end of this year to cope with the large-scale market of1700,000 households nationwide.
