1. All recruited temporary nurses must sign employment contracts before starting work. This contract is valid for one year. According to the contract, if they want to continue signing the contract, they must submit it 1 month in advance, otherwise the deposit of 500 will not be refunded.

2. The monthly basic salary of temporary nurses is 550 yuan for junior college, 600 yuan for undergraduate course and 500 yuan for technical secondary school. This basic salary should be deducted from old-age insurance and unemployment insurance, and calculated according to 80 yuan. 4. The year-end bonus will be distributed to the temporary nurse 30 yuan every month. The red envelope of the department is one-fifth that of other personnel. The year-end bonus for 2006 has not been decided yet.

5. Temporary nurses may not renew their contracts for five consecutive years. Those who have been dismissed for more than five years will receive a one-time replacement salary of about 1,000 yuan.

6. Temporary nurses have a three-month probation period when they first enter the department. During this period, our hospital only pays basic salary, not bonus. You can get a 20% bonus after the probation period. Then gradually increase according to the situation of the department, and generally get 70% of the department after five years.

7. Our hospital also provides temporary nurses with the opportunity to change to three-year contract nurses, with a general probability of 0.02%.

8. Temporary nurses who object to our hospital will take exams for professional titles themselves, because our hospital does not keep files, but the three-year contract can be handled by the relevant departments of our hospital.

9. The working hours of temporary nurses should be patient-centered like other personnel, and medical errors are not allowed, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk!
