Film imprint after film removal.

Pressure-induced sensitized development is like a scratch, coming from a punching machine.

1. Check the entrance part of the puncher, the developing roller in contact with the film and the guide plate for dust or foreign matter, and clean it.

2. Check whether the developing roller becomes bigger, and the bigger developing roller must be replaced.

3. Check whether the position of the guide plate is correct and make adjustments. Scratches come from mask aligner or film box: clean the inside of mask aligner-check whether the film box is worn and clean-check the film transfer part of mask aligner and clean it.
