Each branch school may be different, but the general process is as follows:

The first part is the campus recruitment stage.

1. Presentation: the president of the branch school or the person in charge of recruitment will hold a presentation in colleges and universities. First, all seniors and senior sisters share their own experiences, let everyone know what they have learned, and think from the perspective of a former senior and ordinary employee. Then the principal (person in charge) will briefly introduce the company and explain the company model, work situation and welfare situation you want to know. The content is very detailed. The principals of the campus are all high-level teachers, and the preaching process will be very interesting. After the lecture, there will be questions and answers on the spot. After all, you will be asked to leave your resume (after studying and thinking, you have your own resume, which you didn't have before, they will distribute it on the spot and hand it in during the trial); Teachers' qualification certificate has no requirements for learning and thinking, so it doesn't matter whether it is available or not.

2. Initial trial: A few days after the demonstration, the trial lecture will be notified. There is only one content, and four minutes (usually 4- 10 minutes for different branches) will be prepared for on-site explanation. The topic is self-made, usually in the classroom of your school. During the trial lecture, the teacher in charge of recruitment will attend the lecture on the spot and score (one or two teachers). Whether it passes or not, the preliminary test results will be notified by SMS at the party;

3. Re-examination: First of all, congratulations on your passing the initial examination. You should get rid of almost 70% people. The second interview is also a 4-minute trial lecture. Choose one of the designated topics to explain (the designated topic will be sent to you a few days in advance). There will be three or four teachers in class and DV recording, and the re-examination results will be announced eventually, usually on the same day. Remember not to get bogged down and get stuck when talking about the topic;

4, the principal interview: many-to-one interview, interview you are all teachers, just talk to them, this is your own grasp, mainly depends on whether you have the potential to be a teacher, see your personal quality. All candidates will give results immediately after the interview; The above procedures are all single elimination, and there will be differences between different branches and disciplines, such as Fuxia, Shijiazhuang, Qingdao, Jinan and Luoyang branches, but they are different from big branches such as Xi 'an, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing branches. There were about 150 ~ 200 people in the first test, and about 40 people passed the first test.

The second part of the training phase

In addition to the larger Xi 'an campus and Zhengzhou campus, they can train their own teachers. New teachers from Qingdao Branch, Jinan, Luoyang, Shijiazhuang and Fuzhou all need to go to Beijing for training, and the training time is about 10 days. Because the training plan belongs to the internal information of learning and thinking, it is not convenient to make it public, so it is not in the picture. Let me say it briefly.

1. On the first day of coming to Beijing, I checked into the hotel, assigned rooms (2 or 3 rooms), rested and rectified, and reported to the teaching department of the headquarters the next day;

2. The main contents include: the teachers at the headquarters give lectures to let everyone learn how to be passionate, how to give good lessons, and write on the blackboard. I will read scrolls every morning (for practicing pronunciation), practice classes every night, have a tutor to give you approval and guidance in class, do a set of questions every day, write a report and send an email to the headmaster of the campus every day, prepare questions every day (for the final examination), and have a proficiency test twice every ten days. The first exam is math, physical chemistry! The second time, I only took my own professional questions (secretly telling you that the second test questions are all exercises you usually do in the past ten days, all in the exercise book). I feel that time is quite tight. After all, learning to think about science only recruits good students to attend remedial classes, so teachers must be excellent.

3. Time. I'll go at 7: 00 in the morning and go back at about 1 1 30 in the evening. We were like this at the beginning, and we had to write emails at night, which was very tiring.

Prepare four questions in these ten days for the final examination.

There will be many interesting activities during the period, so let's not talk about it. I'll keep you fresh. Also, there will be 10km long-distance running in the Olympic Park; There is no proportion in the final assessment of training stage, and it is possible to brush 20%~70%. Learning and thinking in each process are not directly proportional, only depending on whether you are qualified or not. For example, in the second interview, one batch of us passed about 70%, and the other batch passed less than 30%.

Part III Internal Training

Those who achieve this are good teachers, because you have killed at least 80% of people (according to the official statement, the overall pass rate of learning and thinking should be around 5%), so those who can be teachers while studying and thinking have some potential to be teachers. After you have passed the exam in Beijing, you will have to take part in training, practical classes, brushing questions and so on in the company. There are a lot of things waiting for you.
