Responsibilities of settlement accounting

Settlement accounting is a kind of accounting, which is mainly responsible for the income and expenditure of cash and bank deposits. Due to the different business models and scales of companies and units, the work arrangements of settlement accounting are also different.

I. The main responsibilities of the settlement accounting post are as follows:

1, responsible for the detailed accounting of financial current accounts, and for registering other receivables, other payables, long-term investments, short-term investments, long-term loans and short-term loans;

2. Responsible for clearing and collecting creditor's rights and debts;

3. Review the original vouchers of accounts receivable, payment and partial transfer and fill in the accounting vouchers;

4. Be responsible for the binding of accounting vouchers;

5. Registration of various ticket reference accounts;

6. Keep the seal of the legal representative of the company;

7. Preparation of capital budget;

8, complete other work assigned by the leadership.

Two. The post requirements for settlement accounting are as follows:

1, bachelor degree or above; Major in finance, accounting and related fields;

2. 1 year or above relevant working experience, platform data processing experience, banking, insurance, credit, microfinance or large enterprise related working experience is preferred;

3. Skillfully use basic statistical analysis software such as EXCEL;

4. Strong data mining and data analysis capabilities;

5. Strong reading comprehension, quick response, sense of responsibility and professionalism;

6. Strong logical analysis, communication skills and team spirit.
