Why are the wages in plastic factories high?

In the recruitment of rubber factory, due to the demand of expanding production, several male and female workers are now recruited. Post salary: about 3,500-6,500 for packaging, feeding, paper cutting and film watching, which is similar to other places, but not very high.

Plastic refers to a material which is mainly composed of resin (or directly polymerized with monomer during processing), with additives such as plasticizer, filler, lubricant and colorant as auxiliary components, and can flow and form during processing.
