If you are an agent, there are two situations. One is a telemarketing specialist who calls to sell insurance.

Insurance companies recruit new people through job fairs, recruitment websites and telephone invitations. They promise the newcomers financial managers, financial planners, insurance planners, financial planning consultants, financial analysts, regional agents, regional managers, regional promotion agents, regional promotion managers, reserve cadres, reserve managers, knowledge managers, reserve supervisors, back office, group training (a kind of person who organizes training), student group training, lecturers, trainee lecturers, administrative assistants, assistant managers, telephone assistants, etc. These seemingly famous titles (I basically wrote down these so-called titles) say that recruiters are engaged in the above jobs, and all kinds of backstage positions are available for newcomers to choose from, but when you enter the insurance company for an interview, people will tell you that you are not suitable for the job you want to do (in fact, that position doesn't exist at all), and you need to start at the grassroots level first. Or you need to go through a probation period to reach the position you want to do. In other words, the position you want can only be successfully promoted or hired after the probation period they say, and you are not sure whether you can do it, or you can assign new people to the business department, euphemistically called internship, and there is no reward during the internship. In the final analysis, it is actually to let you sell insurance honestly and safely. And indeed, after this so-called probation period, I didn't live up to what I said at the beginning. Many people have some experiences, or heard from friends, and will leave at this deceived stage. Some people (mostly fresh graduates or people with little social experience) stayed after listening to some inspirational words, company background introduction and so-called outstanding people sharing successful experiences.

It doesn't matter if you haven't had insurance. Whatever you do, the company will train the system. This problem is not big ~ ~ ~
