How to splice multi-screen TV monitors (the connection method of splicing four TVs into one TV)

Whether it is LED or LCD, the purpose of our splicing is to splicing small screens into large screens. Through debugging, all the small screens are integrated together, and the displayed result looks like a screen. An important parameter of LED large screen and LCD display effect is the size of seam. The smaller the seam, the more each screen looks like a screen, and the better the display effect. Of course, the smaller the seam, the higher the price.
Common LCD splicing screens are 46 inches, 49 inches, 55 inches, 65 inches and so on. According to the size of flat-fell seam, there are 5.5mm, 3.5mm, 1.7mm, 0.8mm and other specifications. There are also products called 0 seam on the market, but it is actually impossible to achieve 0 seam. What kind of products to choose mainly depends on our usage scenarios and customer needs.
Compared with LED splicing, LCD splicing is not complicated, and its core is a video controller. Use different video controllers according to the number of large screens you splice. This time, we used nine 55-inch LCD screens to splice them together, so we used a 4K HD video distributor with 1 input and 9 outputs. Some friends may ask, what is the difference between the LCD screen used for splicing and the TV we watch? In fact, there is no difference in essence. The LCD screen here is essentially a TV set and can also be regarded as a display. But the screen interface only used for splicing is somewhat different.

Input refers to the video content we want to play, which is input to the 4K controller through a high-definition HDMI interface, and then connected to nine LCD screens through a distributor. In addition, between LCD screens, the screens are connected by network cables to transmit signals.
First, install the bracket on the finished backboard. In most cases, we will use a hydraulic bracket to install the LCD screen, which is convenient for maintenance after installation. When the layout of power supply and HDMI signal line is completed, we remember to arrange the HDMI line and power supply line neatly and tie them with tie tapes. Then you can start installing the LCD screen.
Install the hydraulic support, push it forward, and press the screen to exit the maintenance.
After installing LCDs in turn, you can turn on your laptop for testing. When there is no debugging, the same content will be displayed repeatedly on our nine screens, so at first glance it looks like we have turned on nine computers. Then we need to use special LCD splicing software to splice nine screens into a big screen, or to splice nine screens into a picture-in-picture style. This is not complicated, and it is mainly realized by large-screen splicing software. I won. I won't go into details here.
9. Level the large screen after installation.
The key to debugging LCD is leveling and seam. Keep the side seams of 9 screens in a straight line horizontally and vertically. The more aligned the seams, the better the overall display effect will be.
