1. Review of main work

Over the past year, the labor union of the hospital has mainly done the following work:

(1) Elect employee representatives and participate in democratic management.

The institute’s trade union actively participates in democratic management, elects 43 employee representatives in accordance with the law, and participates in the employee representative conference. During the Workers' Congress, all employee representatives carefully listened to and reviewed the "Hospital Work Report" and "Financial Work Report", discussed major measures and plans for the hospital's reform and development, and made suggestions for the hospital's reform, development, and stability. At the fourth session of the Eighth Workers' Congress held at the end of XX, employee representatives *** submitted 37 suggestions and motions. The proposals were of high level, covering a wide range of areas, and of high value, reflecting the active participation of our hospital employees in hospital democratic supervision and democracy. The desire for management also reflects the responsibility and ability to participate in hospital construction. During this year's work, the Proposal Committee of the Institute's Trade Union promptly organized and actively supervised, and all proposals were implemented. The hospital staff congress also discussed and revised relevant systems so that hospital management has rules and "laws" to follow. Chapter 10 and Article 45 of the "Hospital Comprehensive Target Management System" discussed and approved by the Workers' Congress, ranging from the development plan of the hospital to the words and deeds of employees, not only reflect the seriousness of orders and prohibitions, but also do not lose sight of them. (3) Signing an employment contract and implementing employee benefits

According to business development needs, our hospital has recruited 95 new employees this year (including 16 health workers). In accordance with the requirements of the labor and personnel department, our hospital signed a labor contract with newly recruited employees, which regulated the responsibilities, rights, and interests of both parties in the form of a contract. Employees who originally signed employment contracts have completed the renewal procedures in accordance with the law, and implemented medical insurance, pension insurance and other benefits in accordance with policies.

(3) Actively carry out activities to enrich cultural life.

By organizing various healthy and progressive cultural and sports activities, the hospital cultivates the sentiments of cadres and employees, enhances the cohesion of the unit, and opens a window for the hospital to build its image externally. The hospital trade union, under the leadership of the hospital party committee and hospital administration, organized a senior sports meeting, a staff table tennis match (expected to be held this week) and the May 12th International Nurses Day commemoration celebration. He has participated in many cultural and sports activities organized by the county and won unanimous praise from all walks of life. The work of the Senior Sports Association was commended by the state.

(4) Pay attention to vulnerable groups and care for employees in need.

The labor union of the hospital gives full play to its functional role, takes caring for employees in need as a major matter of the union, provides warmth to employees in need, and helps employees in need overcome difficulties. On the eve of the Spring Festival this year, the trade union of the hospital, together with the Party Office and the Political Engineering Department, tried every means to obtain condolences subsidies for needy employees and party members. The leaders of the hospital made a special trip to visit retired employee representatives and families of employees in need and solve some practical difficulties in life. After the earthquake in Wenchuan this year, more than 300 cadres and employees of the hospital voluntarily donated 45,000 yuan while vowing to do their jobs well; after that, all party members and cadres actively responded to the call of the Party Central Committee and voluntarily paid "special party dues" 13,620 yuan, which has contributed a lot to the establishment of civilization and the construction of party building demonstration sites.
