According to business development needs, our hospital has recruited 95 new employees this year (including 16 health workers). (3) Actively carry out activities to enrich cultural life.

By organizing various healthy and progressive cultural and sports activities, the hospital cultivates the sentiments of cadres and employees, enhances the cohesion of the unit, and opens a window for the hospital to build its image externally. The hospital trade union, under the leadership of the hospital party committee and hospital administration, organized a senior sports meeting, a staff table tennis match (expected to be held this week) and the May 12th International Nurses Day commemoration celebration. (4) Pay attention to vulnerable groups and care for employees in need.

The labor union of the hospital gives full play to its functional role, takes caring for employees in need as a major matter of the union, provides warmth to employees in need, and helps employees in need overcome difficulties. On the eve of the Spring Festival this year, the trade union of the hospital, together with the Party Office and the Political Engineering Department, tried every means to obtain condolences subsidies for needy employees and party members. The leaders of the hospital made a special trip to visit retired employee representatives and families of employees in need and solve some practical difficulties in life.
