To apply for social insurance subsidies for flexible employees, I have to hold the relevant documents to prove the flexible employment status to the street (township) labor and social security service center where the household registration is located to identify flexible employment, fill in the flexible employment registration form, register employment after being identified by the street (township) labor and social security service center, and record the relevant information about flexible employment on the unemployment certificate. Persons who are engaged in flexible employment with a re-employment concession card and go through employment filing procedures in the local labor and social security department and participate in social insurance may apply for social insurance subsidies for flexible employees. The current subsidy standard directly under the municipal government is 175.03 yuan. The scope of flexible employment is:
(1) Public security patrol officers, community administrators, rental house administrators, health and family planning coordinators, and community labor security coordinators engaged in community public management;
(2) Temporary employees engaged in community residents' services such as vehicle storage, cleaning and greening, home facilities maintenance and housekeeping services;
(three) engaged in cottage industry, manual workshops, operating stalls, contracting farming workers in rural areas;
(4) Temporary workers, seasonal workers, contractors, hourly workers, dispatched workers, etc. Personnel who provide labor services for the employing unit; For flexible employees who establish labor relations with employers, the social insurance subsidy measures shall be implemented with reference to the Measures for Social Insurance Subsidies for Employees of Enterprises (Units).
