Recruit from outside

There are two ways for organizations to acquire human resources: internal recruitment and external recruitment. Internal recruitment refers to a way to obtain human resources from the original employees of the organization; External recruitment refers to the external source that an organization obtains human resources. Internal recruitment is more effective when the organization adopts a stable strategy or is in a stable external environment with limited time and funds; When the organization needs to change and is in a changeable external environment, it is more effective to adopt external recruitment.
