1, in education

The enrollment rate of school-age children in Changhua Village, Niubuhe Village and Mengzhuang Village is also above 95%, and more than 90% have completed compulsory education. These figures have increased by nearly ten percentage points compared with ten years ago. Within the scope of the survey, the admission rate of high school graduates reached 50%, which means that more than half of the candidates can enter universities, while the admission rate of college entrance examination was only 20% ten years ago. It can be said that our county has made gratifying achievements in education.

2, in terms of health.

According to the survey, 70% residents in the three communities expressed their willingness to go to the hospital for treatment, and 60% residents expressed their willingness to receive hospitalization. According to the investigation of three administrative villages, 60% of the villagers expressed their willingness to go to the hospital for treatment, and 45% of the villagers were willing to receive hospitalization. Although these figures are far from our goal, compared with ten years ago, they are undoubtedly great progress in medical and health undertakings in our county.

3. In terms of employment

Surveys in three communities show that the employment rate can reach 100%, and 40% of them work outside Mengjin County. In the three administrative villages, except for 40% farmers who work at home, the rest 50% people go out to work, and the rest 10% work in relevant units in the county. And in the investigation, I learned that the personnel department of our county held many job fairs during the summer vacation, and Changhong, Skyworth, Haier and other groups all came to our county to openly recruit, which greatly eased the employment pressure of some secondary school and high school graduates.

4 in terms of social security

Residents and villagers all said that the collection of social security funds in our county has been done well in the past two years, the problem of migrant workers' resettlement has been properly solved, most flexible employees in cities and towns have participated in social insurance, and the number of pilot units of individual accounts for old-age insurance has been increasing.

5. In terms of housing.

In the three communities, the repayment rate of residents is 100%, and all residents have completed the housing repayment. In these three administrative villages, 80% of the villagers have built new houses in the past two years. Most of the remaining villagers are also under examination and approval, and only a few villagers have housing problems. For example, seven villagers still live in dangerous houses. This problem is also being solved. At present, the affordable housing in our county is also under construction.

In the investigation, we learned that in recent years, the masses are satisfied with the implementation of relevant policies in our county. Everyone is full of confidence in the construction of a harmonious society. Seeing the happy and satisfied smiles on their faces, I deeply felt a harmonious atmosphere. I can't help but feel gratified by the great achievements my hometown has made in recent years. At the same time, I am also wondering what makes my hometown change its old appearance and show it in front of us with a brand-new attitude. With the deepening of research, we find that there are many factors behind these achievements.

1, in education

Our county insists on developing economy and promoting the coordinated development of education at all levels. Implement free compulsory education, increase public funds for rural compulsory education, and improve the level of security. Vigorously develop vocational education, fully implement quality education and promote educational reform and innovation; Strengthen the construction of teachers, especially rural teachers, and improve and implement the system of teachers' salaries and allowances; Increase investment in education. Strive to make children eager to learn and run a satisfactory education for the people.

2, in terms of health.

In our county, the new rural cooperative medical system has been basically popularized, and more than 85% farmers can enjoy the preferential conditions of the new rural cooperative medical system. In order to facilitate farmers to enjoy this policy, our county public medical hospital has set up a reimbursement point for the new rural cooperative medical system. Our county has decided to focus on four things this year: First, speed up the construction of a medical security system covering urban and rural residents. 4. In terms of social security.

Our county strives to explore the reform of the basic old-age insurance system in public institutions, pay close attention to the formulation of old-age care methods suitable for the characteristics of migrant workers, truly achieve "a sense of security for the elderly", adopt various ways to enrich social security, strengthen fund management, improve the social security assistance system, and let people live a carefree life.

5. In terms of housing.

Our county insists on giving full play to the role of government and market. The government formulates housing plans and policies, makes a good job in the rational supply, intensive use and management of land, and focuses on the development of housing for low-and middle-income families. The housing demand of high-income families is mainly solved through market regulation, and the regulation and supervision of the real estate market should be strengthened to promote the sustainable development of the real estate industry. Improve the low-rent housing system, speed up the construction of low-rent housing, increase the supply of low-priced ordinary commercial housing, establish a multi-channel investment and financing mechanism, comprehensively use tax, credit, land and other means to increase the effective supply of housing, curb unreasonable demand, prevent excessive price increases, strengthen rural housing construction plan and management, and effectively solve the housing security problem of people in rural areas.

It can be seen that the construction of a harmonious society requires the joint efforts of all departments and every citizen. Moreover, these achievements in our county are far from our goals, and these achievements are far from enough. Therefore, I think we must unswervingly adhere to our original principles and policies, sum up experience and correct shortcomings. In addition, I think we need to do the following:

First, in education, we should constantly improve the quality of running schools and strive to cultivate high-quality talents with all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique;

Second, in terms of medical care, relevant departments should organize more physical examinations of villagers and residents to carry out propaganda and prevention of infectious diseases;

Third, in terms of income, it is necessary to provide people with various income channels, especially to expand the agricultural product market, create more convenient conditions for farmers to increase their income, and also play a certain role in alleviating employment pressure.

Four, in terms of social security, we must adhere to the principle of wide coverage, basic protection, multi-level and sustainable. Five, housing, to solve the housing difficulties of poor households as soon as possible, on the basis of rational use of land, so that dangerous households move into new houses as soon as possible. We should unswervingly push forward housing reform and construction, and pay close attention to establishing a scientific and reasonable housing security system.

Building a harmonious society is not only the responsibility of government departments, but also the responsibility of every citizen.
