2. The introduction of talent treatment

3. Procedure steps

(1) Sign up. The registration time is from July 26th to August 3rd, 2022. Interested parties fill in the registration form (Annex 2), and attach a copy of graduation certificate, degree certificate and ID card, and register through the email address corresponding to the proposed post.

(2) qualification examination. The employing unit shall conduct qualification examination on the candidates before August 5, and inform the results of qualification examination by telephone or SMS.

(3) interview.

Direct interview is adopted to determine the talents to be introduced according to the interview results. If the number of qualified applicants for the same position exceeds 20, it is necessary to organize a written examination of professional knowledge, and determine the interview candidates from high to low according to the written examination results. If the candidates voluntarily give up the interview qualification after the interview candidates are determined, they will no longer be replaced by the interview candidates and will be interviewed according to the actual personnel.

Belong to the medical and health, education system positions, by the employer according to the needs of the work, interview (according to the actual need to increase the trial, post test and other links), and submit the results to the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau.

(4) evaluation. (5) physical examination. The Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau shall organize physical examinations in accordance with the General Standards for Employed Persons in Institutions and related requirements.

(6) publicity. Those who pass the medical examination will be included in the list of personnel to be introduced, and the list will be publicized on the official account of Laibin Talent Network and Laibin Pioneer Network WeChat for 7 days.

(7) employment. If there is no objection after publicity, the employing unit shall go through the employment procedures according to relevant procedures.

(8) training. The Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau make overall plans, and the employing unit is specifically responsible. According to the relevant documents, measures such as mentoring system, practical training and professional training are adopted to accelerate the growth of talents and build a stage for outstanding performers to show their talents.

4. Strengthen leadership and discipline.
