Why do most software companies need at least several years of product experience to recruit product managers?

Product manager is an important position, always in the control direction. Generally, small and medium-sized companies want to recruit people with certain experience. First, skilled skills will not delay online time, and second, they will not make many mistakes because of lack of experience. A mistake by the product manager will delay the UI and the development time will delay the good opportunity.
