Hengshui Secondary Vocational School ranks Hengshui Science and Technology Engineering School, Hengshui Health School, Hengshui Special Education School, Hengshui Vocational and Technical Education Center and jizhou city Vocational Education Center.

Hengshui Health School, founded in 1966, is the only full-time public medical and health secondary vocational school in Hengshui. In June 2003, it was rated as +0 1 by the Ministry of Education, and in March 2004, it was jointly determined by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health as a training base for nursing shortage talents.

Knowledge expansion:

The original site of the school is Renmin Middle Road in Hengshui City 1, and it was moved to the new campus on 20 12. At present, there are more than 3,000 students, including 2 149 full-time students and 949 adult education students. The school currently has 155 faculty members, including 1 15 professional teachers, 50 part-time teachers, 54 teachers with senior titles, 37 double-qualified teachers and 22 graduate students. Among them, 25 people have participated in the training of key professional teachers at or above the provincial level, 18 experimental teachers with senior technical titles or above.

Since its establishment, the school has opened more than 20 specialties such as healers, nurses, midwives and anesthesiologists. At present, there are Chinese medicine, nursing, pharmacy, medical inspection technology, Chinese medicine nursing, midwife, optometry and glasses, oral restoration and other majors. Among them, the nursing specialty was awarded the title of "provincial backbone specialty" by Hebei secondary vocational school in 20 13, and the Chinese medicine specialty was awarded the title of "municipal characteristic specialty" by Hengshui secondary vocational school in 20 13.

Since 199 1, the school has jointly organized ordinary undergraduate classes, "3+2" undergraduate classes and adult education undergraduate and junior college education with Hebei Medical University, Tianjin Medical University, North China Coal Medical College, Hebei Engineering University, Chengde Medical College and Cangzhou Medical College, forming a diversified school-running model.

The school library has a collection of nearly 250,000 books, and the experimental building includes 46 professional laboratories, which can accommodate 1000 people for experimental teaching at the same time, with a total equipment value of more than 20 million. Laboratories are divided into basic medical laboratories and clinical skills training rooms. It has a large number of teaching specimens and models of anatomy and pathology, and is equipped with a large number of professional instruments and various operation training models.
