Layout Planning of Chongqing Wansheng Industrial Park

The planned control area of the park is 10 square kilometer, and the planned population is 60,000. It consists of three groups and is developed in groups.

The first group is the Construction Group, which consists of Pingba District of Jianshe Village and six wells Village, with a planned area of 2.4 square kilometers and a population of 20,000. The main layout of high-tech processing industry and tourism, finance, intermediary services and other tertiary industries. The hydrogeological conditions in the area are simple, and it belongs to the denudation landform of low mountains and hills, with a total land area of 2.43 square kilometers, which is suitable for construction. Sichuan-Hunan Highway and San (Jiang)-Wan (Sheng) Railway pass through the territory, and the roads are hardened and the oil roads are unblocked. There are 1 10KV substations and railway freight stations in the area, and natural gas pipelines have been built. The main enterprises settled in Chongqing Jieshijie New Materials Co., Ltd..

The second group is Yutianbao Group, which consists of some bankrupt enterprises of Nantong Mining Bureau and Pingba area of Xinhua, Xinmin and Wuli villages on the list, with a planned area of 4.3 square kilometers and a population of 20,000. The main layout is coal chemical industry, magnesium alloy and other material processing industries, biopharmaceuticals and modern agriculture. The main enterprises settled in include Fuyao Group Accessories Company, Chongqing Meihua Medical Equipment, Chongqing Shizhenge Group Pusheng Pharmaceutical, etc.

The third group is Pingshan Formation, which consists of Pingshan Machinery Factory and Pingba area of Xiakou and Jiulong Village, with a planned area of 3.3 square kilometers and a population of 20,000. The main layout is mechanical parts processing, new materials, agricultural and sideline products processing and sightseeing agriculture. Fuyao Group's float glass project has settled in the group.
