5. Registration and Qualification Review
(1) Registration method and time. On-site registration is adopted. The registration period is from November 16 to 17, 2013. The registration time is 9:00-11:30 in the morning and 14:00-17:00 in the afternoon. 6. Written test
(1) Contents of the written test
The content of the written test is basic knowledge of public affairs. The test time limit is 120 minutes and the full score is 100 points.
(2) Written test time and place. The written test time is 9:00-11:00 am on November 24, 2013. From 9:00-17:00 am on November 22, candidates should bring their valid second-generation ID cards to the Cangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (East Gate) ) to collect the admission ticket for the written examination. (3) Delineate the minimum control score line for the written examination. 7. Interview
(1) Interview method. The interview adopts a structured interview method and the full score is 100 points.
(2) Interview time. Receive the interview notice from the Personnel Department of Cangzhou Radio and Television Station on December 4th. The interview will be held on December 7th. Please refer to the interview notice for the interview location and precautions.
(3) Synthesis of written test and interview scores. The written examination accounts for 60% of the total score, the interview accounts for 40% of the total score, and the comprehensive examination score is retained to 2 decimal places. The calculation formula for comprehensive examination scores is:
Comprehensive examination scores = written test scores × 60% + interview scores × 40%
(4) Determine the list of candidates for the physical examination. On December 11, candidates who enter the interview will undergo a physical examination at a ratio of 1:1.
If there is a tie in the comprehensive scores of the candidates at the bottom of the ratio, they will enter the physical examination in the following order unless otherwise specified: those with higher scores in public subjects, those with higher academic qualifications, and those with grassroots work experience.
8. Physical examination, assessment and publicity
Candidates are responsible for the physical examination expenses themselves. Those who pass the physical examination will be determined as assessment targets. Those who fail the physical examination will be replaced in order according to their comprehensive results. Those who have passed the physical examination and assessment will be publicized for 7 days. If a job vacancy occurs after the expiration of the publicity period, there will be no replacement.
Those who enter the assessment will issue a certification report from the national academic qualifications and degree certification department according to the job requirements. Candidates are required to verify their academic qualifications or degree in advance according to the requirements of the position.
9. Employment
Personnel who have no objections to the expiration of the publicity period shall, after approval by the municipal competent department, sign an employment contract in accordance with relevant regulations and go through relevant procedures. Recruited personnel shall be subject to a probationary period in accordance with relevant policies and regulations, and the probationary period shall be calculated into the term of the employment contract. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will be formally employed, and those who fail will be cancelled.
10. Relevant Matters
(1) Any candidate who fails to participate in the written examination, interview, physical examination, assessment, registration, etc. within the specified time as required will be deemed to have given up automatically. Eligibility.
