What are the examination subjects of public institutions?
The contents of the general entrance examination for public institutions are public subjects and professional subjects (classified examination for public institutions).
Public examination subjects include: comprehensive application ability and vocational ability test, in which vocational ability test is generally called vocational test.
Professional subjects not only refer to taking public subject exams, but also include additional exams for professional courses. If the position you are applying for is a special position, you must take the relevant professional knowledge examination.
General institutions generally take the examination of "public basic knowledge" and "professional knowledge" in recruitment.
(1) public subjects
Public subjects are subjects that everyone has to take no matter what position they apply for.
Public examination subjects include: comprehensive application ability and vocational ability test, in which vocational ability test is generally called vocational test.
1. What is the content of comprehensive application ability?
Comprehensive application ability is a subjective question, similar to the civil service examination "Shen Lun"; In particular, comprehensive application ability (Class A) is often called "small application theory". The types of questions, the ways of investigation and the ways of answering questions are the same as those in the civil service examination, but the number of questions is generally one or two less than that in the civil service examination.
Comprehensive application ability, mainly examines the examinee's reading comprehension ability, analysis and judgment ability, ability to ask and solve problems, language expression ability, style and writing ability, current affairs and political application ability, administrative management ability and so on. Its content usually gives the relevant text and chart materials of current hot issues (mainly AB papers) or a certain problem in the professional field (mainly CDE papers). Candidates need to read and analyze materials and answer questions related to the topic. In the process of answering questions, you need to use standard writing language to give your own opinions clearly.
2. What is the content of the vocational ability test?
The vocational ability test is called job test for short, and the questions and inspection methods are basically the same as those of the civil service administrative professional ability test. Because the institution is not a government administrative organ, the word "administration" has been removed from the title of the examination subject.
There is only the difference between "administrative management" and "administrative professional ability test" in the examination of public institutions, and the contents of the examination are basically the same, covering quantitative relations, speech understanding and expression, judgment and reasoning, data analysis, common sense judgment and so on. These topics focus on the examinee's ability to understand and calculate quantitative relations, comprehensive analysis of language and characters, logical judgment and reasoning, and the ability to analyze and judge by using basic knowledge.
There are some differences between the post test subjects of the public institution examination and the post test of the civil service examination: (1)BCDE post test, according to the characteristics of the post classification examination, there are a few special questions that are not found in the post test of the civil service examination; (2) Job testing is the same as job testing, the former is a little simpler than the latter.
(2) Professional subjects
Professional subjects not only refer to taking public subject exams, but also include additional exams for professional courses. If the position you are applying for is a special position (such as law, accounting, doctor and other related positions), the employer will generally indicate in the position table whether you need to take the relevant professional knowledge examination. But not all positions need professional subject examination, which depends on the requirements of the recruiting unit in the recruitment announcement and position table.
Recruitment positions in public institutions generally have "professional requirements and restrictions", requiring candidates to graduate from a certain major (subject to graduation certificate). Therefore, the professional knowledge to be examined in professional subjects is usually the professional knowledge content that candidates have already learned, and generally it is not necessary to spend too much energy reviewing for preparation. Moreover, candidates will generally prepare for the exam in advance before the recruitment announcement and job list are released. Because I don't know what position to apply for, I can temporarily put down my professional subject preparation and concentrate on preparing public subjects. After the recruitment announcement and job list are released, they will make a breakthrough in preparing for the exam according to the job application and the requirements of the post for the examination subjects.
