Do airline ticket sellers need textual research?

There are no requirements, but the working conditions at the airport may be higher, but if you work in a sales point in the city, you don't need research. It is better to be familiar with computers, because the computer interface is full of letters, and then you can practice more, ask more questions, and recite more three-character codes (codes in different parts of the world are different, so you can read tables that you can't recite).
