For some time, the employment problem has aroused widespread concern. With the deepening of economic system reform, the strategic adjustment of state-owned enterprises, the transfer of rural surplus labor to non-agricultural industries, and the annual increase of about 20 million urban labor, the contradiction between labor supply and demand has become increasingly prominent. Based on the national conditions, how to properly handle the relationship between labor market absorption and employment creation, formulate employment policies from the medium and long-term development strategy, and consider the principle of employment priority has become a timely need. At the 60th meeting of China Market Economy Forum held a few days ago, experts and scholars from relevant departments and research institutions made an in-depth analysis on this issue, and some viewpoints deserve attention. To judge the unemployment rate, it is necessary to make scientific statistics and estimate the unemployment situation according to the national conditions. Don't exaggerate, we should attach great importance to broadening employment channels. We should not only change our ideas, but also have new ideas.

For the employed, it is important to change their ideas, accept the market concept in employment behavior, and realize that unemployment is an inevitable phenomenon in the development of socialist market economy and cannot be eliminated by the economy and society. First, the background and reasons of the employment difficulties of college students in China.

4. Unemployment among college students has increased. Because of the objective employment situation, many students take the initiative to apply for non-employment, such as choosing to continue the postgraduate entrance examination.

5. The flow of talents tends to be concentrated. Students would rather "go their own way" to spend money in economically developed areas or big cities than in the western regions where the state has given many policies.

1. Know the situation clearly and change your ideas.

From the relationship between economic growth and employment, we can see that in the long run, China's economic development is still on the rise, and the demand for talents will not decrease. Some college students' employment concepts also need to be changed. With the popularization of higher education in China, college graduates have changed from "sedan chairs" to "ordinary people" and are no longer favored by employers. Employment competition is becoming increasingly fierce and the situation is becoming increasingly severe. The employment pressure has aroused great concern of the party, the government and the whole society. On the one hand, the concept of employment can not stay in the era of planned economy, thinking that you can find a decent and well-paid job when you go to college. 3. Overcome shortcomings and improve internal strength
