What are the main functions of after-sales service in the paint industry?

01. Responsible for providing color mixing, color matching, and painting services to customers;

02. Responsible for providing consulting services to customers;

03. Able to provide technical guidance , and carry out training work, with strong ability to work independently;

04. Understand the before and after processes of color matching, color matching, spray painting and metal sheeting for repair paint, and be able to operate and maintain automatic spraying equipment ;

05. Be able to skillfully operate various related equipment and instruments before and after the repair paint spraying process;

06. Assist department heads to formulate various technical plans and improve the technical service system;

07. Assist department heads in organizing training related to paint technology;

08. Responsible for supervising the completion of technicians’ work and providing professional knowledge guidance.

09. Obey the company’s arrangements , Complete various tasks assigned by the department head;

10. Cooperate well between departments to ensure the normal operation of the company's business;
